Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced event coordinators who can help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We seek individuals with 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across workflows such as property listings, lease summaries, and banquet orders. This is fully remote, with flexible 5-20 hours per week. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization.
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage property listing packages, lease abstracts, and venue sourcing proposals.
