Job summary

BioRender is hiring the first Head of BioRender Graphing to own the product strategy, roadmap, and revenue for a newly launched Graphing product. You will lead product ownership across both full-serve and self-serve motions and report to the CPO, collaborating with engineering, GTM, and product marketing to drive adoption and ARR.

The role requires a track record of 0-to-1 product success, strong Revenue ownership, and the ability to navigate highly competitive markets while aligning teams

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a 0-to-1 product and scaling to ARR.
• Owns a P&L or hard revenue target, not just a roadmap.
• Experience competing in markets with entrenched incumbents.
• Aligns teams and communicates clearly without formal authority.
• Comfort operating in unstructured, ambiguous environments.
• Science background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Graphing P&L as a true 'GM' across full serve and self service motions; carry revenue and define pricing, packaging, acquisition, expansion, retention.
• Establish product-market fit by identifying scientists, workflows, and use-cases to win.
• Develop and execute the roadmap using insights, user research, and revenue data to set strategy and priorities.
• Shape go-to-market by partnering with product marketing on narrative, positioning, and launch sequencing.
• Support and shift the company into a multi-product sales motion through enablement and direct involvement in deals.
