Job summary

Spreetail is seeking an operationally grounded, commercially savvy Director of People Business Partnering – Supply Chain & Fulfillment to lead our HRBP team across the fulfillment center network. You will bridge people strategy with operational execution, aligning safety, throughput, quality, and cost targets with workforce planning and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership in high-volume multi-site environments.
• Experience directing HRBP teams for supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to translate workforce analytics into operational results.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site People Business Partners embedded across the fulfillment center network with clear standards for safety, labor, and engagement.
• Advise senior Supply Chain leaders and GMs, translating KPIs into talent solutions.
• Drive workforce planning, peak surge strategies, and headcount optimization with Finance and Operations.
• Design and optimize FC organizational structures, spans of control, and budget targets.
• Guide leaders through organizational transformations, automation rollouts, and site launches.
• Build succession planning and leadership pipelines across field operations.
• Develop retention and attendance strategies to reduce turnover and improve shift reliability.
• Implement performance management frameworks for safety, productivity, and leadership accountability.
• Partner with Total Rewards to balance competitive frontline compensation with margins.
