Job summary

Spreetail is seeking an operationally grounded Director of People Business Partnering – Supply Chain & Fulfillment to lead our HRBP team supporting a network of fulfillment centers and logistics hubs. You will bridge people strategy with execution, ensuring sites are staffed, trained, and led to hit safety, throughput, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People leadership in high-volume, multi-site environments.
• 3+ years directly managing distributed HR Business Partners.
• Experience with workforce planning, shift scheduling, and peak surge planning.
• Ability to leverage KPIs, attendance data, turnover analytics for leadership decisions.
• Experienceleading organizational design, restructures, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site People Business Partners across fulfillment-center network.
• Advise VP Supply Chain, Regional Ops Directors and GMs on talent solutions.
• Drive workforce planning, peak surge strategies, and labor modeling with Finance and Operations.
• Design FC organizational structures and optimize spans of control and budgets.
• Guide leaders through organizational changes and new facility launches.
• Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines across field operations.
• Implement retention and engagement strategies for hourly frontline teams.
• Establish performance management and leadership accountability across facilities.
• Collaborate on compensation structures and seasonal incentive programs.
