Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital and e-commerce strategy aligned with business targets.
• Own the website roadmap and prioritise improvements with developers.
• Improve customer journey and conversion across desktop and mobile.
• Identify opportunities to grow online revenue and profitability via testing and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and resources are accurate and accessible.
• Oversee SEO, paid/organic campaigns, email marketing and content strategy.
