Job summary

Single Grain is seeking a technical leader to guide six engineers, work closely with the team and translate client problems into secure, reliable AI-driven products that meet engagement targets. You will report to Eric Siu and remain hands-on with AI, shaping architecture, verification, and production quality.

You will regularly speak with customers to validate problems, set success metrics and decide what to improve or kill.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading software teams.
• Experience delivering production AI systems with measurable outcomes.
• Strong architecture and code review discipline.
• Ability to translate customer problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead six engineers, assign work, manage capacity and ownership.
• Own technical standards, architecture, reviews and release readiness.
• Engage with customers to surface problems, test assumptions and measure adoption.
• Drive product engagement: rollout, activation, repeat use and recovery when goals aren’t met.
• Ensure secure, compliant AI costs, testing, monitoring and recovery.
