ClearEdge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead day-to-day delivery for a core AI-enabled product. You will guide a small team, stay hands-on, and work with stakeholders to implement scalable services and a strong UI/UX foundation.

The role emphasizes rapid delivery in TS, Python, and React, with a focus on secure, observable deployments. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software design and development, experience with hybrid/on-prem and air-gapped deployments, and comfort leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of related experience substituted for degree.
• 10+ years of software design, development, and deployment experience.
• Experience leading small teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong background in full-stack development and modern languages (TypeScript, Python, React).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery for a core AI-enabled product.
• Guide a small team (2–6 engineers) while remaining hands-on.
• Implement scalable, secure, high-performing services and UI/UX development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and lead technical trade-off decisions.
