Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is seeking a Head of Development to own the engineering org end-to-end. You will lead from the front, write code, set architectural standards, and drive AI-assisted development with Claude Code as a core capability.

Expect high ownership, fast delivery, and a bridge between engineering and leadership. You will architect scalable fintech platforms, guide teams through growth, and ensure reliable delivery in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift rapidly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and scaling production applications.
• Experience fintech, trading platforms, or data-heavy products.
• Exposure to prop trading or financial infrastructure.
• Experience scaling engineering teams with delivery outcomes.
• Contributions to open-source or published technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Audit and raise the bar on code quality, architecture, and workflows.
• Optimize sprint planning, estimation, and execution with clear visibility.
• Integrate Claude Code and AI workflows across the engineering org.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps with risk flags.
• Pivot quickly when roadmaps shift and manage dependencies.
