RTEs, driving ART execution, coaching leaders, and aligning delivery with portfolio priorities to deliver measurable outcomes. The role is remote within the United States, requiring hands-on leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of delivery systems — including automation and

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, release-train leadership, SDLC operations, or related fields.
3+ years of people leadership managing RTEs or comparable roles.
Experience establishing ART standards, governance routines, dashboards and planning calendars.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PI Planning and portfolio governance.
Ability to coach RTEs and delivery leaders, and translate data into executive insights.
Experience optimizing delivery systems with automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

People Leadership: coach, develop, and evaluate RTEs; set expectations and drive career growth.
RTE Operating Model Ownership: define and maintain standards, playbooks, dashboards, and cadences.
Portfolio Execution Alignment: align RTE work with product roadmaps and leadership expectations.
Risk, Dependency & Escalation Governance: establish consistent methods for managing risks and dependencies.
Metrics & Performance Management: monitor ART health, predictability, and milestone confidence.
Optimization & Agentic Creativity: improve models using Lean-Agile practices, automation, and AI.
Stakeholder Leadership: partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, TPMO and business leaders.
