Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead enterprise-scale technology delivery within the EPMO. You will align roadmaps with business priorities, coach delivery teams, and provide executive updates to SVPs and C-level leaders.

As a strategic agile leader, you will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced New York environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years in Agile delivery, program management, or technology leadership.
7+ years as Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager, or similar role.
7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple Agile teams.
10+ years of Agile frameworks knowledge, SAFe experience.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile Release Train events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Scrum of Scrums).
Monitor ART progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies, blockers.
Provide transparent reporting to Product, Portfolio, and Tech leadership.
Coach teams on Agile practices, Lean-Agile mindset, and servant leadership.
Manage dependencies and coordinate across initiatives to ensure alignment.
Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to raise Agile maturity.
