Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an HCP Personal Marketing Lead to own the strategy, development, and execution of HCP personal promotion and speaker programs in a large market. You will translate clinical data into compelling materials and oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, effective messaging.

The role requires experience in CNS/neurology marketing, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive promotional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, life sciences, or marketing.
• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology HCP marketing, including personal promotion and speaker programming.
• Demonstrated large-market pharmaceutical marketing experience with HCP audiences and field-based execution.

Mansioni

• Lead HCP personal promotion strategy and field engagement priorities.
• Own development and optimization of field promotional materials and data presentations.
• Lead speaker programming from planning to execution and readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal for compliance and launch readiness.
• Translate clinical information into clear, customer-facing messaging with cross-functional input.
• Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and timelines for promotional programs.
• Evaluate impact using insights and performance data to drive improvements.
