Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an HCP Personal Marketing Lead - Epilepsy to own strategy, development, and execution of HCP personal promotion and speaker programs. Translate brand strategy, insights, and clinical evidence into compliant promotional tools that engage healthcare professionals in a rare indication.

You'll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory to ensure alignment with brand objectives, manage agencies, and optimize promotional

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, marketing preferred.
• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology HCP marketing, including personal promotion, field materials, and/or speaker programming.
• Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, or marketing to focused HCP audiences strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional practices, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead HCP personal promotion strategy and translate brand objectives into field engagement priorities.
• Own development and optimization of field promotional materials and presentations.
• Lead HCP speaker programming, including speaker bureau planning, onboarding, training, and execution.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Training to support launch readiness and consistent brand messaging.
• Translate complex clinical information into clear, customer-relevant messaging, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
