Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech HCP marketing, including personal promotion and speaker programming.
• Pre-launch or launch experience is preferred.
• Experience in rare disease or specialty pharma marketing to focused HCP audiences preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional practices, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage agencies and vendors under competing priorities.
• Strategic, analytical and hands-on, with ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCP personal promotion strategy and field engagement priorities.
• Develop and optimize field promotional materials and objection-handling tools.
• Lead speaker programming: bureau planning, onboarding, training and readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales/Training for launch readiness and messaging alignment.
• Translate clinical data into compliant, customer-focused messaging with Medical Affairs and Legal.
• Oversee agency/vendors, set expectations, manage budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
