Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in large-market pharma marketing including personal promotion.
• Experience with CNS/neurology or movement disorders preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage agencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead HCP personal promotion strategy and field engagement.
• Develop and optimize field promotional materials and data presentations.
• Lead speaker programming, bureau planning and onboarding.
• Partner with Sales to support launch readiness and messaging.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage agency and vendor partners, budgets, timelines.
