Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech HCP marketing including personal promotion, field materials, and speaker programming (pre-launch or launch preferred).
• Experience in rare disease or focused HCP audiences preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharma promotional practices, field-based HCP engagement, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners, manage agencies/vendors, and deliver high-quality work against priorities and timelines.
• Strategic, analytical, hands-on approach with ownership and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
