Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a senior HCP Personal Marketing Lead to own the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of HCP personal promotion and speaker programs in a large-market setting. You will translate brand strategy and clinical evidence into compelling, compliant messaging for broad HCP engagement.

The role partners with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Legal to ensure promotional materials meet regulatory requirements and drive meaningful field impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology HCP marketing, including personal promotion and speaker programs.
• Experience with large-market pharmaceutical campaigns and field-based execution at scale; CNS/movement disorders preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and promotional practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCP personal promotion strategy and field engagement priorities.
• Develop and optimize field promotional materials and resources.
• Lead speaker programming, bureau planning, onboarding, training, and readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Training, and Medical Affairs to support launch readiness.
• Translate clinical data into compliant, customer-focused messaging.
• Manage agencies and vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Measure promotional effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
