Zusammenfassung

Centric Consulting is seeking a remote-based HCM & Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant for a 6+ month engagement with intermittent travel to Toledo, OH. You will work across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Staffing & Scheduling, and Leave Management, delivering requirements, recommendations, and change-management support.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and frontline stakeholders, turning input into actionable deliverables while building

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HCM, WFM, staffing and scheduling, HR operations, healthcare operations, business analysis, change management, or related area.
• Solid foundation with potential for greater ownership and client exposure.
• Ability to flex between multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of workforce processes, staffing practices, scheduling, and compliance considerations.
• Experience with HCM/WFM platforms such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, symplr/API Healthcare, QGenda, EZCall, Smart Square, or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to HCM and WFM initiatives across two client engagements.
• Support work spanning Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Staffing & Scheduling, and Leave Management.
• Gather requirements and assess current workforce, staffing, scheduling, and HR processes.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear documentation, requirements, and actionable recommendations.
• Help improve and harmonize staffing and scheduling policies and processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and frontline or clinical stakeholders.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
• Create process documentation, presentations, job aids, and other deliverables.
• Track actions, risks, decisions, and dependencies to keep projects moving.
• Take increasing ownership while learning from senior consultants and engagement leaders.
