Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking an adaptable HCM & Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant for a remote role with possible intermittent travel to Toledo, OH. This project-based opportunity spans two client engagements, focusing on HCM, WFM, staffing and scheduling, and change management.

You’ll work across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, and staffing processes, turning stakeholder input into actionable deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in HCM, WFM, staffing and scheduling, HR operations.
• Ready for greater ownership and a next‑level consulting challenge.
• Comfortable working remotely with intermittent travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HCM and WFM initiatives across two client engagements.
• Support work spanning Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Staffing & Scheduling, and Leave Management.
• Gather requirements and assess current workforce, staffing, scheduling, and HR processes.
• Turn stakeholder input into clear documentation, requirements, and practical recommendations.
• Help improve and harmonize staffing and scheduling policies and processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and frontline stakeholders.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
• Create process documentation, presentations, job aids, and other project deliverables.
• Track actions, risks, decisions, and dependencies to help keep projects moving.
• Take increasing ownership while learning from senior consultants and engagement leaders.
