Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Director of Sales for HCM Managed Services. This remote role focuses on building strategic partnerships with brokers, HCM vendors, and private equity–backed firms to drive revenue beyond traditional cold calling.

Sell payroll, HR, benefits, recruiting, and HCM consulting solutions while growing a multi-state territory. Use Salesforce to manage opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HCM sales experience required.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and relationship-based selling skills.
• Experience with multi-state territories and channel partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow strategic referral relationships with brokers, HCM providers, PE firms, and other partners.
• Generate new revenue through existing relationships and new referral channels.
• Educate partners on managed-services and HCM consulting capabilities and identify opportunities.
• Sell payroll, benefits, HR, recruiting, and HCM tech solutions.
• Manage opportunities from referral through proposal, close, and ongoing relationship development.
• Build a long-term book of recurring and project-based revenue.
• Travel occasionally for partner meetings and education events.
• Maintain opportunities and activity in Salesforce.
