Job summary

JTSi (Johnson Technology Systems, Inc.) is seeking an Expert/Principal HCM Architect for a remote, part-time engagement. You will lead SAP SuccessFactors current-state assessments, map modules, and align HR processes with S/4 transformations during workshops and on-site sessions as needed.

Responsibilities include evaluating Employee Central, Onboarding, Offboarding, Learning modules, exploring integration with SAP ECC and HR master data, and guiding the roadmap for payroll and shadow systems

Qualifications

• Expert/Principal level experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding, Learning).
• Experience evaluating integrations with SAP ECC and HR master data (employee, organizational, position).
• Experience with Payroll and HR core processes; knowledge of pension, LMS and related shadow systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors current-state assessment for Workstream 2 and map modules.
• Evaluate modules in use: Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding, Learning.
• Assess integration points with SAP ECC and HR master data.
• Lead HR Core and Payroll functional discovery for Workstream 4 and shadow systems.
• Produce the SAP SuccessFactors to S/4 Integration Strategy and Roadmap.
