Job summary

Agile Global Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced HCM Technology Analyst to join our on-site HCM technology team as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The role focuses on designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and ADP Time & Attendance solutions.

You will develop functional designs, manage upgrades, and collaborate with business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience, while acting as a technical consultant to grow HCM expertise

Are you an experienced HCM Technology Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, and/or WFS/ADP Time & Attendance?

We’re looking for a SAP SuccessFactor Consultant to join the HCM technology team.

ONSITE ROLE

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and WFS/ADP Time & Attendance solutions.
• Develop functional designs and technical specifications.
• Manage system upgrades, integrations, outages, and complex troubleshooting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.
• Serve as a technical consultant and help build HCM platform expertise across the team.
• Identify and implement industry best practices, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Support enterprise application enhancements, optimization, reporting, and project initiatives.
• Work closely with SMEs, business teams, and technology partners to deliver effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, and/or WFS/ADP Time & Attendance applications.
• Experience with enterprise HCM systems and business process analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with system testing, upgrades, integrations, and implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
