Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant (HCM Analytics & BI Developer) to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization program.

The role designs, develops, and maintains analytics and reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, and HCM Extract to deliver real-time workforce insights. You will create executive dashboards, ad hoc reports, and 508-compliant outputs, collaborating with HR stakeholders and federal agencies.

Qualifications

US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust.
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years relevant experience (or equivalent).
5+ years in BI development, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
3+ years with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar enterprise BI tools.
SQL proficiency with large HR/HCM data sets.
Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
Understanding of workforce metrics (attrition, time-to-fill, span of control).
Experience with Section 508/WCAG accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop OTBI dashboards and workforce analytics (headcount, hiring metrics, turnover, demographics).
Build BI Publisher reports for EHRI, GHRR, SF‑113, and agency‑specific requirements.
Create OAC dashboards using predictive and comparative analytics.
Configure HCM Extracts for bulk data and downstream reporting systems.
Deliver accessible (508/WCAG‑compliant) reporting and data visualizations.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate HR analytics needs into reporting specifications.
Support agencies with reporting templates, data transitions, and analytics training.
