Job summary

HCSC is seeking a data analytics professional to create actionable insights by designing datasets and reports, while providing high-level consultation to users and leading cross-functional teams to address division challenges.

You will work closely with customers to understand data needs, analyze trends, and translate complex information into strategic recommendations for decision-makers. This hybrid role offers in-office and remote days with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5–7 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• 4 years of project management experience.
• Proficient with SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive problem solver with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create business insights and analytics supporting the division.
• Provide high-level consultation and lead cross-functional teams.
• Design and produce datasets and reports for analysis.
