Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a BI Analytic Developer to advance modernization of BI and analytics for federal government customers. The role focuses on OAS/OAC, SQL, and data modeling to deliver reliable analytics across enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will work with BI leadership, data engineers, and stakeholders to design and migrate reports, dashboards, and semantic models, while ensuring data accuracy and secure access in a hybrid on-site environment in Crystal City, VA.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of hands-on BI/analytics experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle databases and complex data structures.
• Experience with semantic models, subject areas, and star schemas.
• Experience troubleshooting BI issues through structured analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support reports, analyses, dashboards, and data visualizations using OAS/OAC.
• Translate requirements into technical BI solutions with semantic models and KPIs.
• Develop and optimize SQL for reporting across Oracle databases and warehouses.
• Support migration of on-prem BI to Oracle cloud analytics and validate assets.
• Collaborate with BI leadership, data engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile/SAFe environment.
