Datavant is seeking an HCC Auditor to review medical records coded in ICD-10, ensuring accurate reflection of patient conditions for risk adjustment and reimbursement.

You will audit charts per client guidelines, switch between guideline sets, maintain a 95% quality average at the diagnosis level, respond to rebuttals, join weekly coding project review meetings, and perform other tasks assigned by the quality supervisor. This role supports a remote, production environment.

Qualificações

• 2 years' HCC Coding experience.
• 2 years' HCC Auditing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, abbreviations, pharmacology, and disease processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality.
• Must follow instructions, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Flexible in work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work remotely and manage time.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware/software to ensure data processing and security.

Responsabilidades

• Audit coded charts assigned by quality supervisor per the client guidelines.
• Ability to move between different client guidelines with minimal difficulty.
• Maintain a 95% quality average at a diagnosis level.
• Answer rebuttals entered on the auditor by coders or auditors.
• Participate in weekly coding project review meetings.
• Any other tasks asked by quality supervisor.
