Datavant is seeking an HCC Auditor to review coded medical records and translate clinical documentation into precise codes reflecting patient health status. You will ensure accuracy for risk adjustment and reimbursement, working in a remote environment with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in HCC coding and auditing, strong ICD-10 knowledge, and AHIMA/AAPC credentials. Flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HCC coding experience required.
• 2+ years HCC auditing experience required.
• Extensive ICD-10 knowledge and medical terminology background.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Audit coded charts per client guidelines; maintain 95% quality at diagnosis level.
• Respond to rebuttals entered by coders/auditors; participate in weekly reviews.
• Move between different client guideline sets with ease; work remotely.
• Support other tasks as assigned by quality supervisor.
