Job summary

Unite Us is seeking a Community Strategy Manager for Hawaii. This remote, U.S.-based role supports cross-functional execution of our community strategy across Customer Success and Sales, standardizing processes and tracking outcomes in Salesforce.

Required are 3+ years in customer-facing roles with a track record in collaboration with government and community organizations, plus strong analytics and process discipline. Hawaii residency and 30–50% travel apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with government, CBOs, nonprofits or healthcare.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations.
• Strong analytical and operational skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative partner to CS Managers and support escalation reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation on onboarding and embed community processes.
• Drive retention across assigned customer accounts.
• Partner with community-based organizations to strengthen relationships.
• Track escalation campaign metrics in Salesforce.
• Maintain SOPs and triage processes for escalations.
• Facilitate weekly escalation review meetings and follow-up actions.
• Monitor adoption and engagement data for key customers.
• Work with Marketing on community materials and events.
