Unite Us is seeking a Community Strategy Manager for Hawaii to operationalize and analyze community engagement. You will standardize processes, manage escalation tracking in Salesforce, and coordinate with RevOps and Analytics to capture key data for measuring adoption and outcomes.

You’ll support and track customer escalations, partner with community organizations, and drive adoption at scale while aligning internal teams on tools, insights, and playbooks that improve engagement and program

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, community engagement, implementation, account management, public health, human services, social services, or related role.
• Experience with state or local government agencies, community-based organizations (CBOs), nonprofits, healthcare organizations, or similar.
• Proven ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups including customers, community partners, government agencies, or cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience managing complex projects requiring coordination across organizations and changing timelines.
• Strong analytical and operational skills using data to measure outcomes and improve processes.
• Experience documenting processes and driving operational consistency across teams.
• Experience using CRM or case management platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ability to learn new tech.

Responsabilidades

• Internal Enablement: serve as a consultative partner to Customer Success Managers, support escalation reviews and build network engagement plans for new and priority customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to align on onboarding and embed community processes early.
