Job summary

Unite Us is seeking a Community Strategy Manager (Hawaii) to lead operationalize and measure community engagement across Customer Success and Sales. You will standardize processes, track escalations in Salesforce, and collaborate with RevOps and Analytics to surface data-driven insights.

The role focuses on enabling teams with tools and playbooks to engage partners, resolve escalations, and drive adoption at scale within a remote US-based setup. The target pay range is $75,000-$85,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or related role.
• Experience with community engagement and partnerships.
• Strong analytical and operational skills using data to improve processes.
• Experience with CRM or case management platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Internal Enablement: consultative partner to CSMs; build network engagement plans for new and priority customers.
• Work with Sales and Implementation to align onboarding and embed community processes.
• Retention & Engagement: drive retention across accounts; partner with community organizations; align with Marketing and RevOps; foster connections.
• Operational Process: maintain SOPs and triage processes; lead weekly escalation reviews.
• Analytics & Insights: track escalation metrics in Salesforce; monitor adoption and partner engagement; manage customer surveys; develop innovative models.
• Communication & Events: work with Marketing on community materials; support community marketing events.
