Job summary

Unite Us in Hawaii is seeking a Community Strategy Manager to operationalize the connection between customers and community partners. You will standardize processes, track escalations in Salesforce, and collaborate with RevOps and Analytics to capture the right data and measure outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of process design, analytics, and consultative enablement, ensuring internal teams have tools and insights to engage partners, resolve escalations, and drive adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, community engagement, or related roles.
• Experience with state/local government, CBOs, nonprofits, or healthcare orgs.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience documenting processes and developing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative partner to Customer Success and onboarding teams to embed community processes.
• Drive retention and strengthen relationships with community-based organizations.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and triage processes for escalations.
• Track escalation metrics and adoption data in Salesforce for key customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to align community-focused goals.
