Job summary

1 Arc Power in California is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist / Buyer to own day-to-day purchasing and logistics for R&D and prototype builds, expanding to mass production.

You will drive the P2P cycle, convert BOMs into POs, track orders, expedite when needed, and coordinate domestic and international shipments with forwarders and brokers. The role spans procurement, logistics, and finance coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• Experience creating and managing POs in a P2P system.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day purchasing and P2P from order to delivery.
• Convert BOMs into POs with pricing, quantities, lead times.
• Track open orders and expedite; inform stakeholders of status.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with forwarders.
• Support supplier onboarding (W-9s, banking details, insurance).
