Job summary

1 Arc Power is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist/Buyer in Mountain View, CA with remote options. You will own the P2P cycle for R&D, prototypes, and mass production, coordinating direct and indirect categories.

Responsibilities include converting BOMs to POs, tracking orders, expediting, and managing supplier onboarding with Accounting and Legal. A fast-paced hardware startup environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, buying, procurement, or supply chain coordination, ideally in hardware.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing POs (manual and via system).
• Experience with full P2P cycle and 3-way match.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day purchasing and logistics for R&D, prototype builds, and mass production.
• Convert BOMs into accurate POs; confirm pricing, quantities, lead times.
• Track open orders, expeditiate, and inform stakeholders of delays.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with forwarders and 3PLs.
• Support supplier onboarding with Accounting and Legal.
