Job summary

Delart in Redmond, WA seeks an Engineering Program Specialist to drive hardware prototype programs for consumer electronics, collaborating with Technical Program Managers and cross-functional teams to manage logistics, procurement, and BOMs.

You will coordinate budgets, track procurement, and partner with vendors to ensure on-time shipments across time zones, while maintaining accurate records and supporting new product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Engineering Program Specialist or similar in consumer electronics.
• Hands‑on hardware development with domestic and international vendors.
• Strong spreadsheet and budgeting skills using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience coordinating across time zones.
• Attention to detail and data management.
• Experience with procurement/process automation.
• Hardware lifecycle management for consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation requests and oversee hardware distribution logistics.
• Support budget tracking, management, and forecasting.
• Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders.
• Partner with internal Logistics teams and external vendors for timely shipping.
• Track information for multiple concurrent hardware programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• Create and maintain BOMs for prototype and new builds.
• Oversee shipment and delivery of prototype devices to labs for test.
