Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly organized Hardware Operations Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of hardware development, manufacturing, and delivery activities within the SPECTR business unit. The role reports to the Hardware Manager and collaborates across hardware engineering, business development, program delivery, and other stakeholders.

LMI focuses on government solutions and rapid deployment of hardware capabilities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
Experience with project management/workflow tracking platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Hardware Project Coordination: maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies across hardware development and manufacturing initiatives.
Workflow Management: create and manage Jira tickets, epics, and dashboards; monitor status and due dates.
Business Development and Pipeline Integration: reflect hardware capabilities in opportunities, coordinate with SPECTR business development.
Reporting and Operational Support: prepare leadership materials, consolidate status reports, track KPIs and actions.
