Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly organized Hardware Operations Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of hardware development, manufacturing, and delivery activities within SPECTR. The role reports to the Hardware Manager and focuses on execution, efficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, business development, program delivery, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering management, operations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, program operations, or a related role.
• Experience project management and workflow tracking platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple hardware development and manufacturing initiatives.
• Track project progress and identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and outstanding actions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action registers, and status reports.
• Create, organize, assign, and maintain Jira tickets, epics, and project boards.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into project progress and team workload.
• Assist with coordination between hardware team and SPECTR business development stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews, project meetings, and operational discussions.
