Job summary

Samsara is seeking a highly motivated Operations Program Manager to lead a global OPM team focused on New Product Introduction for hardware products. You will manage end-to-end manufacturing from concept through mass production and sustained volume, coordinating with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; MBA/MS a plus.
7+ years in Operations Program Management, NPI, or related hardware manufacturing roles.
Minimum 3 years leading a team of 4+ individuals.
Experience launching multiple hardware products from concept to high-volume production.
Expert PM methodologies/tools; PMP a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead a global Operations Program Management team in NA and Asia to develop and launch new hardware products.
Own end-to-end operational execution of hardware product manufacturing from concept to mass production.
Serve as primary operations liaison across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
Develop program plans, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks to ensure on-time and on-cost delivery.
Define and execute manufacturing strategies with internal teams and external partners for factory readiness and capacity.
Drive cost reduction and ensure robust quality across the product lifecycle.
