Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Guidewire Developer for a 100% remote role within the United States. You will deliver configuration, integration, and customization across Guidewire InsuranceSuite, focusing on Gosu development and cloud upgrades, collaborating with analysts and SMEs to ship reliable insurance-platform features.

The ideal candidate has shipped Guidewire solutions in production, strong engineering discipline, and excellent communication to translate complex requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of Guidewire development experience.
• Gosu programming expertise and Guidewire data model.
• Hands-on with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter customization.
• Strong product model and rule design.
• Guidewire integrations (messaging, batch, plugin).
• Familiar with Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Strong SQL and Guidewire database schema knowledge.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
