Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Guidewire development experience.
• Expertise in Gosu programming and Guidewire data model.
• Hands-on with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter customization.
• Strong SQL and understanding of Guidewire database schema.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver configuration, integration, and customization across Guidewire InsuranceSuite—PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter—and Guidewire Cloud.
• Perform Guidewire Cloud upgrades and design scalable integration patterns.
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design and code reviews.
