This Guidewire Developer role is 100% remote in the U.S., full-time direct W2, with a salary range of $100,000–$160,000 annually. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Guidewire experience, strong Gosu development skills, and the ability to ship production-grade insurance platform features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Five or more years of Guidewire development experience.
• Deep expertise in Gosu programming and Guidewire data model.

Responsibilities

• Develop configuration and customizations across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter using Gosu.
• Implement product model changes including coverages and term-level logic.
• Build and maintain Guidewire integrations using messaging, batch, plugins, and Gateway.
• Develop integrations with policy, claims, billing, document generation, payment, and reinsurance systems.
• Implement rules using GX Model, business rules, and validation rules.
