Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and engaging on the phone with guests.
• Talk on a fast-paced environment and handle escalated calls with professionalism.
• Educate guests on current promotions and check weekly schedules.
• Arrive on time, wear appropriate dress and name tag, follow policies.
• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
