MGM Resorts International is seeking a part-time Customer Care Coordinator for Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi. This remote, work-from-home role handles guest inquiries, bookings for hotel stays, dining, and events, with a four-week on-site training period.

You will greet callers warmly, identify needs, upsell experiences, and represent the MGM brand with professionalism. A HS diploma and 1+ year in customer service are required, plus a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills.
• Positive energy, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist guests with booking hotel rooms, dining, entertainment, and special events.
• Greet every caller with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help.
• Identify guest needs, provide thoughtful solutions, and resolve questions with professionalism.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell experiences to enhance the guest journey.
• Represent the MGM brand with care, consistency, and a focus on personalized service.
