• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.

THE JOB:

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary role is to deliver exceptional guest service while creating a warm, inviting, and elevated shopping experience. THE STARTING RATE:

$13.00 per hour (plus 3% commission)

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED
