Job summary

Beepo is seeking a Guest Communications & Support Officer to handle guest inquiries across online booking platforms and email with timely, courteous responses. You will provide daily check-in/check-out details, explain policies and amenities, coordinate with internal teams, and offer after-hours support as required.

This is a remote, day-shift role with growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong written and spoken English, and experience with online booking

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and admin
• Experience working with online booking platforms
• Email management and strong admin background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries across online booking platforms and email in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide daily check-in/check-out information and assist guests with their requests.
• Communicate booking policies, property amenities, and operational procedures to guests.
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure guest requests and inquiries are addressed efficiently.
• Provide after-hours guest support and emergency assistance when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors, primarily related to guest communication and support.
