Job summary

Chapter 2 is seeking a Generalist Recruitment Sourcer – Remote (US) to fuel our GTM teams. You will partner with recruiters and GTM leaders to build pipelines across Sales, Marketing, and Tech, using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and talent communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing or recruiting for GTM roles.
• Proven success with high-volume outbound campaigns.
• Strong Boolean search and market mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage GTM Talent across Sales/Marketing/CS.
• Conduct initial screens and hand off to recruiters.
