Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager (GTM) to lead go-to-market planning, launches, and sales enablement for its portfolio.

This individual contributor role partners with Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations and Legal to ensure campaigns translate into measurable pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in GTM or marketing operations, strong project management, Salesforce experience, and a talent for turning complex healthcare technology into sales-ready

Qualifications

4+ years of GTM strategy, sales enablement, or related B2B marketing experience.
Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market processes with Sales, Product Marketing and others.
Experience developing sales enablement content for complex enterprise cycles.
Strong project management for multiple launches and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts to sales-ready messaging.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and using pipeline data for strategy.

Responsibilities

Own GTM planning and launch operations for campaigns and product initiatives.
Build integrated launch calendars, milestones, and RACI frameworks across teams.
Create scalable launch readiness standards and activation workflows.
Serve as liaison between Marketing and Sales to drive campaign adoption.
Develop sales enablement content: briefs, discovery frameworks, playbooks.
