Qualifications

• Capital allocation experience across marketing channels.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.
• Experience building alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and clinical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create messaging hierarchies for clinicians and patients.
• Track record influencing clinical and consumer stakeholders within the same GTM motion.
• Working understanding of the specialty medication lifecycle, provider workflow integration, and patient adherence challenges.
• Comfortable using channel performance data to guide optimization and investments.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end channel strategy across marketing to drive launches.
• Own program-level budget allocation balancing launch needs and long-term goals.
• Lead tactical execution, testing, measurement, and optimization.
• Partner with sales, product, and clinical teams to enable prescribers.
• Design onboarding and adherence strategies to drive patient adoption.
• Define GTM plans for new services and partner programs.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance and Medical Affairs for launches.
• Develop messaging hierarchies for clinicians and patients.
