Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Go to Market (GTM) Sales Engineer (REMOTE) to design, build, and operate the technical infrastructure powering our account-based demand generation. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Marketing and requires translating signals into prioritized target accounts inside HubSpot.

The GTM Engineer will own tooling, data pipelines, and workflow automation connecting Clay, HubSpot, and other GTM systems to ensure Marketing and Sales focus on

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech.
• Hands-on HubSpot admin experience (workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, lead scoring).
• Experience building enrichment and signal-detection workflows in Clay.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows in Clay identifying ABM signals and triggers across target accounts.
• Design and maintain HubSpot architecture (lists, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing).
• Develop integrations and data pipelines between Clay, HubSpot, enrichment providers, and internal systems.
• Analyze account-level data to refine scoring models and enrichment logic.
• Lead the technical build-out of net-new ABM campaigns with proper capture and routing.
• Audit data quality, deduplication, and enrichment across HubSpot and Clay.
• Coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, and Client Services to route signal-qualified accounts with context.
• Evaluate new GTM tools and data providers for improved targeting and efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks in the demand-gen stack and design scalable solutions.
