Job summary

GoBTC Pay is seeking a GTM Lead to own the go-to-market for Bitcoin payments, on both sides of a two-sided market. You will launch and run the playbook regionally with BD, Product, and Ops. This senior role has direct commercial visibility but no direct reports.

You will establish how much real demand exists and build the launch strategy market by market, aligning with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing / GTM in payments, acquiring, fintech infrastructure or SaaS.
• Launched a product into new markets and built enablement for field sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the category narrative for Bitcoin payments and merchant/payer value.
• Feed market intelligence back into Product.
• Build merchant proposition and messaging by segment and enablement end to end.
• Build merchant pipeline with acquisition and activation.
• Run co-marketing with live merchants and turn early adopters into references.
• Own payer proposition and build payer-facing launch assets.
• Partner with institutions on joint marketing with BD.
• Define campaign metrics and run post-mortems.
