Job summary

GoMining is seeking an experienced GTM Lead for GoBTC Pay to own go-to-market strategy on both sides of a two-sided market. You will define merchant and payer value propositions, collaborate with Product, BD, and Ops, and drive market-by-market launches with a clear playbook and metrics.

You will work without direct reports but with strong executive influence, shaping the category narrative, sales enablement content, and live-merchant marketing initiatives across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing / GTM in payments, acquiring, fintech infrastructure or SaaS.
• Launched products into new markets and built enablement used by field teams.
• Strong sales-enablement craft: write decks and case studies that persuade CFOs.
• Experience in pre-revenue product for first year with no benchmarks or team to delegate to.

Responsibilities

• Own the category narrative for Bitcoin payments: merchant and payer value propositions.
• Feed market intelligence back into Product and Brand.
• Build merchant proposition and messaging by segment; enable sales end-to-end.
• Create and manage merchant pipeline with acquisition and activation.
• Run co-marketing with live merchants and convert early adopters into references.
• Define metrics and reporting for campaigns; run post-mortems and apply learnings.
• Brief and quality-control creative content from Brand & Content and Design.
• Influence executive-level decisions and mentor without formal authority.
