Job summary

Wwshemi, a developer-focused AI and ML infrastructure company, seeks a GTM professional to translate technical customer needs into pilots and scalable growth. You will drive discovery, lead live demos for technical buyers, and help shape product and positioning.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of technical go-to-market experience in founding sales, solutions engineering, developer relations, technical product marketing, or growth at a developer-focused startup.
• Experience building or operating go-to-market or growth systems, and organizing events or building and engaging a developer community.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI agents and models, ability to read code, and confidence discussing technical topics with machine learning engineers.
• Experience moving technical buyers from initial contact through signed pilots, or converting leads through a technical go-to-market motion.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, with published technical content such as documentation, talks, posts, demos, or case studies.
• Ability to automate recurring work and turn individual efforts into measurable, repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising customer segments and build targeted outreach lists using research and automation tools.
• Reach decision-makers through email, professional networks, and warm introductions.
• Lead discovery calls and tailored live demonstrations for technical buyers.
• Define pilot goals, coordinate with engineering, and help customers achieve measurable outcomes.
• Create engineer-focused content, including posts, demo videos, talks, and case studies.
• Track results, automate recurring workflows, and document a repeatable go-to-market playbook.
• Share customer feedback with product and company leadership to inform product and positioning decisions.
